Toronto Central SC History – Toronto Central Soccer

History

The Toronto Central Soccer Club (TCSC) was established in 1992 in the central region of Toronto with the goal of promoting and developing access to the game of women’s soccer in the city for everyone. Founded by Frank Espinoza, the Club aimed to provide its members with opportunities to develop their character and confidence. Frank recognized that soccer not only improved an individual’s physical and mental well-being but also helped them develop leadership skills that would make them responsible members of their community.

Since its inception, the TCSC has grown into one of the largest women’s soccer clubs in Toronto, providing a challenging, supportive, safe, and fun environment for all players 18 years of age or older, regardless of their skill level. Over the years, the TCSC has been recognized with numerous awards from its governing bodies, such as the Toronto Soccer Association and the Ontario Soccer Association, for its commitment to promoting the game of soccer.
